Each session is co-created with humility and grace to support the complexities and needs of every client.

Spend 1 hour weekly with Elise using a number of different approaches to support exactly the listening space you require. Adult individuals or couples are welcomed with warmth and understanding. Elise specializes in energetic hygiene, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, panic disorders and support with life transitions especially the transition to parenthood.
Nourish your physical, energetic and spiritual bodies with a deep meditative and healing practice. This session will drop you into a deeply supportive meditative state and open a channel of the highest loving and healing vibration to run through your entire being. You will experience support, spontaneous healing and relief from energetic blockages and stagnations. Your spirit guides will offer their wisdom and healing and we will traverse your akashic records and all messages your team of light need to share with you.
A practice developed by Elise to rewrite traumatic experiences hindering your present life experience. Combining a number of healing practices, Elise will drop you into a meditative state, leverage theta brain waves and the vibrational support of multiple planes of existence to “rewrite” the traumatic experience with support and love that will soften the historical memory and project the future out with a wisdomful adult.
